Why I Built Scout Elf GPT
I'm a mom of three who loves Christmas traditions — but every year, our elf kit frustrated me more than it delighted me. The kits were expensive, and half the props inside were generic: a tiny tennis racket showed up in kit after kit, even though none of my kids play tennis.
So I started saving ideas to my phone instead — scrolling blogs late at night, screenshotting anything decent, then scrambling the next morning to remember where I'd saved it and whether we actually had the supplies for it.
We only get so many years where our kids believe. I wanted to spend that time on the magic, not the logistics: ideas that used the toys and rooms we actually have, the occasional fun activity ordered in, personalized letters from the elf to each of my kids, and a lot less stress moving a little elf around the house every single night.
That's why Scout Elf GPT exists. It does the thinking, so you can just show up for the gasp at the top of the stairs.
